We scour for old cassette tapes, whose reels have serenaded many but will probably sing no more. These tapes, with their distinctive labels and colors, form the core of each wallet. No two tapes are the same, and even similar tapes differ in the subtlest of ways – a slight fading here, a scratch there – making each ziptape truly one-of-a-kind.
